Frequently Asked Questions

Will my banner be waterproof?

Yes completely, we use mild solvent inks which are waterproof and UV stable for at least 3 years in direct sunlight.

Will my banner print as I have designed it?

Yes it will but please be aware that due to different computer display settings the colors may vary slightly.

Do you check the spelling on my banner design?

No we do not, you need to ensure that you have spelt everything correctly prior to ordering. Although something may look like a mistake to us, it may be as you intended so we leave the spelling to you.

Does my banner come fitted with eyelets for hanging?

Yes, all of our banners come fitted with metal eyelets for easy hanging. If you do not require eyelets then please let us know after you have placed your order

Can I upload images to my banner?

Yes you can upload unlimited JPG, PNG, EPS and PDF images to your banner but please ensure these are good quality as we cannot be responsible for the print quality of low resolution images.

I have ordered my banner but now no longer need it, can I cancel my order?

If we have not processed your order we will cancel it and return your money, but due to the personalised nature of banners we cannot cancel an order once processed.

Can I leave my banner outside all year round?

Yes you can but please be aware that our standard specification banner is not suitable for deployment in areas of high wind. If you require your banner to be out in these condition then please select our heavy duty or mesh banner specifications which are more suitable for this purpose.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered through our delivery partners Royal Mail, ParcelForce or FedEx and are fully trackable.

How much is delivery within the UK?

We use either Courier (ParcelForce, FedEx) or Royal Mail for UK Deliveries

Royal Mail Services and Prices:

  • £4.25 for 3-5 working days
  • £6.75 for 1-2 working days
  • £9.99 for Next Day Special Delivery
  • £12.99 for Saturday Special Delivery

Courier Services and Prices:

  • £7.99 for 3-5 working days (Available to UK mainland excluding the Highlands and Islands)
  • £9.99 for Next Day (This service will cost more to Highlands and Islands and may not be available in some areas)

Delivery prices will depend on the size of your order or weight.

As an example, an 8ft x 2.5ft banner and would be sent using the Royal Mail options above which is fixed price.

For orders above this size banner or orders weighing more than 2kg would be sent using the courier services above.

Deliveries within the London Congestion Charge Zone will cost more due to courier surcharges in this area.

How much is delivery outside the UK?

We use Courier (FedEx) for non UK Deliveries.

Prices are based on consignment weight and size as well as the destination country.

As these consignments are exported we ensure that all duty/customs are paid at our end so there is nothing more to pay when your order is delivered. This will be reflected in the delivery price.

As an example an 8ft x 2.5ft banner sent to Spain would be sent FedEx Express (24/48 hours) and would cost £26.99 shipping.

All international consignments are fully tracked from leaving our production site.
